anyone please help me.........

when i playing SPORE, after 2-3 minutes the screen is freeze.

and it's say "the driver display stopped responding"

my notebook spec is :

intel GMA x3100

945 chipset family

celeron 2.13 ghz

512 ram ddr

256 graphic

please anyone help me..... i can't play this game well.....
