It is pretty easy in the beginning but gets harder later in the game. But it's easy in general.

Hard one between CT and FF but FFVI brought me into the world of JRPG.

YES YES! Talking about the plot and gameplay, yes! I believe its better than FFVII, but it depends. Now, about the iOS version, it's kind different (not bad tho).
