Thanks for making this post! I had to **** idea about the friend code disagreement issue before you made this thread. Holy **** **** How could I have been so blind? Well thanks again.
[QUOTE="KingandCitizens"]They rate as many games as they possibly can a 7. This gets me angry. I know Prince of Persia Rival Swords is almost an exact copy of the two thrones, but it definately shouldn't be rated this bad. Their reasons for disliking every game is the same every time. "Tacked on motion controls" and bad graphics are the only things they can use. The only games they will rate higher will be the exclusives. At least thats what I've been thinking.cj_hope33
Yah the totally hate the Wii considering they just did a 4 HOUR marathon of Paper Mario! And of course exclusives will get higher rating cause there were designed for the Wii and will be better games. Wow, mention 1 game. Haha.
I'm 14 and luckily, live in a town where people don't care what you like. They accept us Pokepeople. Most actually encourage it. At least 10 of my friends are getting it, and I have already preordered. I think part of what makes it so fun is that it reminds us of the fun we had back in the day, you know, 1st or 2nd grade. Good memories. Poke'memories. Haha.
I think that Gamespot cares more about graphics and sound than actual gameplay. For example, if you watch the video review of EXCITETRUCK, Jeff basicly talks reallly highly of it the entire time until the last seconds when he talks about the graphics. I think a game should be able to be fun, have decent graphics, and deserve a 9. Plus whenever they put down the Wii, they say it's tacked on and crap like that. People who say the Wii is a gimick should also understand that better graphics can be counted as a gimmick just as well. It's what makes the game fun, and just labeling it a "gimmick" isn't going to make it less fun. It rocks. And every system has it's ad ons. Otherwise gaming wouldn't advance. So if you don't like gimmicks, don't play video games.
