@jerjef: No IF Halo 5 did come out on PC, then it would be MS doing something for PC because MS owns 343 studios. They purchased the IP off of Bungie the original owner of the IP and original developer of Halo 1, 2, 3, Reach, ODST. MS (343) developed Halo 4, and now set to release Halo 5. Why don't you understand this simple relationship between 1st party and 3rd party developers?

Look I'll spell it out, when Ryse was released on XBONE, it was developed by Crytek and PUBLISHED by MS under a timed exclusivity contract. Then Crytek self-publisher the release on PC. There was ZERO that MS did for this to happen. This is EXACTLY the same thing with all the other examples you listed (D4, DR3, etc.). MS did not publish the PC releases. They were timed exclusive deals i.e. MS pays that developer a bunch of money to NOT release the game on other platforms (including PC). Even your example of Tomb Raider is EXACTLY the same where Square Enix self-published that game on PC, not MS.

Gears of War Collection is developed by EPIC Games and NOT MS and is currently not released on PC with no advertised release date (yes I know that EPIC has sold the GOW IP to MS, you will however note that Gears of War 4 currently is NOT advertised as being released on PC next year [the one being developed by Microsoft]). Halo Wars 2 has no release date for PC. Fable Legends is developed by Lionhead Studios and NOT MS. Game is currently not released on PC and has no defined release date.

So from your entire list, either not MS IP, or not released. MS as publisher means nothing as that is just deals between developers and MS as owner of XBONE platform. So what was your point? Oh yeah demonstrating perfectly that MS has done nothing for PC gamers. Thanks for sharing list of developers that have done something for PC and somehow got out of their binding contracts with MS for timed exclusivity.

Don't post these BS articles. Microsoft DOES NOTHING to support gamers on PC. This is just pure and simple BS lip service & free advertising for Halo 5 on XBONE. You know it would be awesome if this game had a shock announced release date of like... 1st week of december or whenever everyone stops playing fallout 4 and they announce it's release like 3 weeks after fallout 4 and 2 days before the game is available. World will go nuts.
