You need to call the PSN service number

The number will be on the site.

after the first time I called they told me I would get an email with the password.

it wasn't there in the email so I called them again and the problem was I had to give them my ID

so then they sent me that email like 3 days after

they gave me a temporary password which I entered then I changed it to somthing i could remember

Sony Did not help me I know me Id but I forgot password and I entered random birth date. I talked to them they said they would email me my pssword I got the email and it said we cannot get your password

I tried differnt Id, Would no let me sign in. WE might be DEAD here
