Long story short, Sony used components in the PS3 and some Bravia TV units that were patented by LG and used without LG's permission. LG wants payment for every PS3 and TV sold and all future ones sold. Sony refuses and LG files an injunction to cease the sale of the product. They don't get that but a holding period of 10 days for all units imported into the UK is allowed. Now LG wants to sue Sony in the US aswell, and they are going for the same injunction with a holding time (or cease sales altogether) until the problem has been assessed further in the courts. Worst case scenario, PS3's are not allowed to be sold anymore... but that's unlikely, Sony will end up paying.

might be seeing a ps4 sooner than we think.

I remember no such thing, and i've been around SW for quite a while. The last time I remember KZ being called a Halo killer was when the first was being hyped, and that was instigated by the media.

i been around sw too and i seen it. heck, some of them was saying it look even better than crysis. as soon as pictures and video play of the game came out, they hyped it up.

Well....ifyou had a racing game that claimed to be the god of racing games,6 years in the making and then flops...Then brags about the move controller and how hard core it is and going to sell better than kinnect........and flops.......And then...killzone 3. you can't see the details with thosecow shades on. the ps3 biggest game could not move enougth systems to get ahead of the xbox 360, what makes you think the 2011 only ps3 games going to do it.

Since when did i state that the 2011 games will? What you seem to be doing, my friend, is missing out on the details. I see the details just fine, as i already stated that the 360 is ahead in total sales and overall library, but you seem to be overlooking others. Tsk tsk tsk;)

oh....you mean overlooking teh exclusives. i did'nt overlook that. but there are so many games comming out this year, most of the ps3 exclusives will get lost in the shuffle. only killzone 3, lbp 2,uncharted 3, and a few more will get any shine. as for the 360, lets see what happens at e3.
