I need to write a report for a marketing class on a retail store that sells technology related products. I chose eb games and I just have a few questions for you guys. Have you ever had any "customer relation" problems at ebgames, if so please share and what do you guys think of their marketing strategy in store?

On a side note I was at eb games a few days ago to purchase a game on PC and for some reason all there PC games are hidden in a staff only room in the back... lol I found that weird.

i play wow, what you should do is go to https://signup.worldofwarcraft.com/trial/index.htm and try it for ten days the only difference is you cant trade items and if you like it then you can go buy it and if you dont, dontdonught_luver
