No you crazy person, I'm not suing the industry. I am talking about Erik Estavillo, a man with multiple psychological and physical ailments who keeps attempting to sue people in the video game industry.

His first case was against Sony. In this, he was suing because he got banned from PSN and said that was one of his main ways of socializing due to his psychological illnesses. He should try Xbox Live or WoW if PSN was his main source for socializing.

Next, he tried suing Nintendo and Microsoft. In this one, he's suing Nintendo for stopping his ability to use mods in order to unlock characters in Mario Kart Wii and he's suing Microsoft for the RRoD happening to his 360, which caused "undue stress" and "sadness." Now, Estavillo is attempting to sue Blizzard-Activision for having to walk everywhere in the game world unless you have the expansion packs. Blizzard is being "deceitful" when they do this.

So it looks like this guy has enough to have all of these consoles, pay for Live and a WoW subscription plus pay for the fees it takes to take something to court, yet he can't buy himself a new Xbox or pay the fee after his old one craps out on him? Or is there really a case in any of these? He's asking for the amount of 375 Xbox 360's for that one case, $55,000 for the Sony lawsuit which the case was dismissed but now he's filing an appeal to that case and opening a new case that asks for $180,000.

I don't know about you guys, but this is pathetic.
