    Light exercise from a simple game. Getting the balance board is worth more then the "Fit"ness you'll achieve.

    Honestly, I wouldn't get this for the sole reason of good exercise, because the activities available are limited and very simplistic to really give you much of a workout above & beyond what you can do without it. However... Read Full Review
