Gow and Lost Planets are shooters. They are Third-Person-shooter (Lost Planet) and Over-the-Shoulder Shooter (RE4, GRAW)
I hate to rain on your parade, but there is no such thing as Third-Person Shooter.
Its called Action/Adventure or Third-Person Action/Adventure.
