ok so i think im gonna stay because so many people want me to. so anyway about a couple of months ago i dropped my psp and the battery compartment cover broke. so i contact sony and i just wanted the battery cover replaced because my warranty is still in effect but they wanted to replace the entire damn psp but i said no just give me the part, then they wanted me to send them my psp but alli wanted to do was them to mail me the piece. so they have me fax a copy of my psp's receipt and they send me an email telling me they got it and they'll send me one soon. so they do but they sent me a battery which i didnt need. so i send it back an tell them i just need a battery cover. so finally they send me one and i got it yeserday but its a battery cover for the psp 1000 and i have a psp 3000 and i specifically told them to send me a 3000 and im really pissed off right now
