I just finished putting my desktop back together :) I cut a window in my side panel, painted it, cut and mounted plexiglass on it, mounted my radiators on the side, added dust filters, cut out extra PSU wires, sleeved the rest, added a couple of LED fans, changed my tubing, shortened the loop, cleaned everything, and I'm still not quite done =) I'll get some more pics up after I get everything hooked up tomorrow, and post the specs.. superclocked
very nice case mod, but cant really rate since havnt seen inside :P case however gets a 9/10
Me two Im going to get a 128GB Kingston and a new case soon as I get back from holiday, I don't think prices will change drastically for a year or so for SSD's.
Hmm one can hope, because the prices now are just stupidly high... Just doesn't seem worth it regardless of performance. May i suggest the coolermaster storm sniper for your case, it is very very well made (the black edition is better than the standard).
while on the subject on crysis, let me ask this question. first my specs: E8500@3.8Ghz, Ati Radeon 4870X2, 4GB ddr2 800Mhz, Asus P5Q-E, Vista HP 64Bit. Now when i'm playing Crysis maxed (rez 1400X900), I get minimum frames of 22, average 35, max 55.
Is this normal with this card? or is my Cpu a bottleneck, hence its not a Quad?

im not really sure, because i have an i7 860 @ stock and a 5870, and i run at enthusiast no AA on 1080p. get approx 30. It slows down a bit during heavy sequences
Well that gets a 9/10 from me, EXCELLENT parts you have their only thing missing is a SSD... yeah I know they are expensive but damn do they improve loading times and once you try one you really don't want to go back :(.
Thanks
Yea I do plan on getting a SSD, just waiting till prices drop a bit and for the OCZ vertex 2s to release in NZ.. maybe for christmas ?? :D
