Maybe in Japan, I can see this happening because console gaming has been struggling over there and handhelds have been huge sellers. Online gaming isn't popular in Japan. It's like niche over there where only hardcore gamers play online. I think handhelds will be bigger in Japan, but not in the west.

You are wrong he says "Cloud computing and play anywhere devices" . Since the PS3 and the 360 cant possibly be a "play anywhere device" then offcouse it is handheld devices as the DS and PSP he is talking about or atleast some sort of future PSP and DS.
