4.6? tad too harsh.

This was a bargain bin game when it was introduced to me in '98. Still I think it was very overlooked primarily since it has no real ties to any bigger franchises.
It starts off just weird, since the whole game is third-person from the top corner of the screen, kinda like starcraft view, except your controlling the one guy. the walls will usually go transparent when you go behind so you can see whats going on. Now the weirdest part that initially turned me right off to this game but I got used to, the aiming. to shoot, you press any of the four face buttons in the direction of the enemy you want to go for, there's no locking on, or self aiming bullets, you just have to shoot lots in the general direction of enemies until they explode everywhere. That's the part that really held my attention here, when you kill an enemy it's BRUTAL. their head pops and blood goes all over. it was kinda comicbook cartoony compared to today's graphics, but still so satisfying to hear them scream and explode. Enemies did get a bit repetitive after awhile, there where a lot of poorly placed items behind partially invisible walls that you almost didn't notice, and the ending was pretty much a picture that says You Win. But it's all about exploding blood packs everywhere, it was enough to keep my interest till the end, especially for the price I paid, back when it was still fairly new. As bad as it is, I wouldn't go as fas as 4.6, I'll say more a 6.5. but I'll give it a solid 7 just for nostalgia value for me. Oh yea, and I cheated too, if it gets too stupid hard you can cheat with In-Game codes. It takes your score away and replaces with the word cheater, but...meh.
