I was strolling through my local EB Games store and came across Project: Snowblind for $7.99. I wanted to play this game when it came out, but due to a lack of funds, it became forgotten in my massive wish list. Since it was so cheep and I had plenty of funds, I caved in and baught it, and was greatly impressed with how good the game actually was. The single player mode is solid and the effects are very cool and fun to use. it does try to be Halo, but it is unique with it's presentation and tons of very cool weapon. It drew many similarities to the Deus Ex series because it was originally a Deus Ex game. The online multiplayer is alright, but like Star Wars: Republic Commando, is too generic for it's own good. The single player mode is where the action is and the multiplayer mode will content you if you don't have Halo 2. Project: Snowblind is a much better game than it's sales suggest, but it could have been great if a little more imagination was put into the multiplayer. Grab it in the bargin bin and blast away!
