Great graphics could be matched with loose ends tied up.

When it comes to Level R, the game offers the simple racing modes to unique arcade modes. Where 'MMO' comes into this game, is beyond me, as the maximum players in oine mode, is 20 players. Maybe in the future, the MMO aspect would appear of holding 128 players, however for now, it doesn't feel like an MMO. The game is marketed across the world under different names, so I don't know if there is licensing issues or it's has an identity crisis.

On the bright side, the game has a nice pacing and a really challenging career mode. The single player career mode list events for you to complete, however these events are spilt between bronze, sliver and gold medals. Each with there own goal. It contains alot of trail and error and it's worth leaving it for a while if you're bored or can't enter races. Unfortunately there a bug, which doesn't cash in your winnings if you complete the event or decide to move onto the higher challenge on the same event, right away. Which is unfair and a waste of time. So hopefully this would get fixed soon in a later patch.

You can kit your vehicle, with better performance and parts. Many of the visual modeling also affects your vehicle performance. However you many not be happy to get stuck with the first set of vehicles for a while, as you will have to grind over and over again, to get the money and parts you need to build a better vehicle. Again, the player could save up in the beginning during the career mode to get a better vehicle to start the race or stay with the starter vehicle.

There not many vehicles to tear themselves apart from one another, for an suppose MMO. The grinding may not be worth in the end for some players. While other players will enjoy racing and having fun and just for that drive. A sunday drive even if the player ends up becoming last, is still rewarding, however the rating system is in effect, so poor performance will be recorded, aswell as how many time you've raced and if you ever been disconnected.

The new content seem to be derailing a bit. With the realistic feel going onto tracks such as a secret base belong to a owner by the name of Doctor X and a rooftop with a gap to meet players to their doom, it's seem to unrealistic and out of the box for any GT enthusiast and to top it off with a story containing the most brattist characters you will ever see in any racing game, let alone an online game.

Don't take the community seriously thou. While you are free to report players who aren't good sports and ram into you in some of the bigger events which offer high experience awards. Other take it as far as ramming during simple and smaller track races and complain about it, as if the reality never hit them.

Even thou the graphics are amazing, the experience doesn't make me want to jump into excitement and look for events and take part. There quite a few other MMOs that offer some open world experiences, however maybe you should think twice about being committed to Level R (EU) or Heat Online (US/NA) as the upcoming GT5, will offer a better online experience, if it comes out.
