Radical Ent. wanted to make a power frenzy type game, and succeed. The city always has something for you to do and while endless enemies may seem boring it isn't. It does what a power fantasy is supposed to do, make you feel unstoppable. The AI isn't terrible and the battles really are three way, making the experience more realistic. The dynamics are seemingly outstanding except one small thing, try climbing a broadcasting station tower and you can float in mid-air. Otherwise the detail is outstanding and the possible scenarios endless. What more can you ask for, O thats right co-op baby. But it has it!
Now I may seem really positive but then why only a 9.0, well...I hate to copy other reviews but I do agree something seems to be missing, prototype feels like a prototype. Its a imaginative concept, outstanding gameplay, but not whole. It lacks refinement, whatever though....ITS DESTRUCTIVE FUN FOR ALL.
