What can be better than taking over enemy A.I. and jumping off of a sniper tower???

Psi-Ops is game definately worth playing, it is a really great 3rd person shooter. Not the best but worth playing. This game introduces us to using psi powers, which is totally awesome. You get 6 powers that are gained over the course of the game. Pyrokinesis (you can shoot fire), Mind Drain (suck power from others brains to build your psi power back up), Telekinesis (pick up objects to crush your enemys with, or pick yo your enemies and throw them for a long fall), Mind Control (take control of the enemy a.i. to complete objectives or make them commit suicide, which is a lot of fun), Remote Viewing (see beyond a door before you go blazing in), and finally Aura View (able to see clues you can't see with your naked eye). So using all these powers is what makes this game so enjoyable. Graphics are well done, not the best. Play control is stable and easy to use, each mind power is assigned to a specific button.. The story is pretty cool, but sorta clique (the whole bad guy trying to take over the world and become a god). I'm glad to see Midway finally picking it up and releasing some enjoyable games (this, The Suffering, and the upcoming Area 51.) Psi-Ops takes about 10 hours to make it through, pretty standard for 3rd person shooters. It definately has some frustrating parts, between fighting off the barrage of enemies to solving puzzles. All in all do yourself a favor and go pick up. You can find it anywhere between 20 and 30 bucks now.
