This is one Wii title that came outta nowhere. I didn't even hear about this game until I was watching the Wii Channel and saw a preview of it and it peaked my interest. I got a great deal on it for Christmas and just recently fired it up. Let me tell you this game is fun! I haven't played it all the way through but from what I have seen its only going to get better. The games story is a simple one about the Rabbids from the Rayman series who decide that they want to live on the moon and the only way to get there is by climbing a pile of junk high enough to reach it. So you set out on an adventure with a shopping cart and collect as much junk as you can.

This game is a combination of Katamari and your typical platformer. I will say that the graphics while not amazing are very good, and have a stylisation that gets the job done. The framrate is solid and the game moves along very quickly. The play control is tight and kept pretty basic. The analog stick moves the player and the cart while flicking the nunchuck or wiimote cause your rabbid friend inside the cart to scream at people which scares them out of their clothes or causes them to become collectables.

The game is also two player but only lets the 2nd player control the actions of the person in the cart. As the second player you can also hurl the cannonball Rabbid at objects by pointing the cursor and pressing the z button. I give this game credit by at least letting a second player participate which is more than I can say for most Wii games.

Just so you know, this is not a Rayman Rabbids game filled with mini games like the previous games. This is the Rabbids first headlining debut and it is a platforming action adventure game. This game is alot of fun, has plenty of funny moments and looks and plays great. I think its one of the Wiis best games of 2009 and I highly recommend it.
