Got this game two days after its release.....at first sight i was pissed off by id tech and cursed them.....and then afterwards i start googling about rage allover the web...different cards having different problems...id tech said its a drivers mess and it goes all blah blah!! For 4.5 days then came the patch before u all pc gamers neglected the art of id tech and force all sites to give 7 around average score....but after patch game turn out to be beauty fast thrilling gameplay constant fps...its a perfect mixture of fallout 3 & borderlands, game got immersive storyline that i hvnt seen over years ...graphics after patch looks jawdropping and soo real...long sp campaign that keeps me excited... different world and enimies great innovative weapons and ideas in game which makes this game 10 for me guys "one should give time to understand the hard work of others "
Update (10/9/2011): I was able to fix most of the graphical problems using some config files that were provided on the Steam forums. These seemed to clear up most of the texture problems for me. I still get strange ... Read Full Review
