I just picked up Rallisport Challenge 2 earlier today and have spent most of the day with it and it is a very fun game. The gameplay is really amazing, it has this simulation/arcade feel to it all in one game, it's very easy to pick up and learn, but once you get past the amatuer mode, it can be quite a challenge to master. You get to choose between automatic or manual transmissions and also get to tweak your suspension, brakes and steering response. This is also the most realistic Rally Car game to date. Something that was missing in the first game was damage to your vehicle, after all your screaming upwards of 80 mph around rocky mountain turns, when you run your back end into something your bumper should shake loose. They finally added this feature to RSC2 and it's a nice little touch to an already gorgeous game. Also, in this game as in the first, dirt and mud get caked on your car as you go throughout the track. There are well over a hundred different tracks, mostly in the same settings as the last game except this time around, you have the opportunity to race at night in some of the single player races. This adds a little extra value on to the game. All in all i'm very impressed with this game, it's got better graphics, better sound, nice, tight control and xbox live support so you can go online and battle friends. If you are like me and like a good racing game like Gran Turismo, pick this game up, it will take you at least 100 hours to complete everything that this game has to offer.
