Too easy, yet very satisfying and highly addictive... A bit buggy, but the graphics look crisp and clean

I have written many reviews in my life, so the is one of my first attempts to write one, so bear with me.

Interface:
The menus in-game are a bit unclear and overall poorly made, there actually isn't any structure to it and it takes a while to get used to the weapons-switching, but once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty smoothly.

Sound:
Voice-acting is terrific, hilarious and helps to improve the otherwise unimpressive storyline.
The music in-game is awesome and very fitting for each level. There is one level in particular that stands out though, its when you are in the last pirate level and suddenly you hear a soundtrack of the Pirates of the Caribbean-trilogy

9/10

Graphics:
The game looks amazing, ratchet and clank never looked better. The animations are great, but I kind of missed variety in the enemies. There are only 9 or 10 kinds of enemies you'll come across during the game (excluding some of the awesome boss-battles.
The only downside is that the game is a little buggy, is some corners you can see through walls and when you jump on some rocks you can often "get stuck", because the frame rate stutters sometimes.

Gameplay:
The gameplay's pretty simple, but highly addictive. Especially the weapon-upgrade option is great, it keeps you smashing every crate and box, just to get that precious raritanium to upgrade your weapons. Also, the more you use a weapon the stronger it becomes and at Version 5 it becomes an entirely new weapon. There is an overall lack of weapons, with only 15 crazy-sci-fi guns, I hunger for more. The ones that are present are original and well-made. (Although the Nano Swarmers weapon is overpowered and makes the game easier)

9.5/10

Difficulty:
Overall, the game is way too easy, you can practically breeze through it with some smart weapon usage. Only the last few levels are even remotely challenging.

6/10

Overall:
A great game that is highly addictive, the graphics (with some minor issues) and the sound is great. What the game lacks, is a higher difficulty and multiplayer.
