The game had some potential, but it was a huge letdown.
User Rating: 7.3 | Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters PSP
Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters is the 5th game in the Ratchet and Clank world. This time around Ratchet and Clank are taking a vacation. Thy were relaxing until they met this girl. Then the girl gets kidnapped. So now you are on another adventure shooting robots and getting through obstacles. One huge problem with the game is that the controls are really bad. The games for the PS2's controls were awesome, but since there is no two analog stick system for the PSP, it makes this game harder than it is. The aiming in this game is terrible. You are trying to lock on the enemy you want to shoot, but you are stuck with another enemy you don't want to shoot. The camera doesn't help either. Since there isn't a second analog stick, you have to use the shoulder buttons. It makes turning more flat and more of a pain. Some minigames like the racing are terrible thanks to the nudge stick. TYhe good parts of the game are that the story is good and that the graphics are just as good as the PS2 versions. But the bad control scheme and the bad aiming makes it lose some points. Rent this first to see if you can handle the controls.
