Great game, could be longer

Gameplay: 9/10-It's great with new vehicles and being able to upgrade weapons, but it's pretty much like the first 2 in the series. However now you get to upgrade most of your weapons to level 9 making them able to inflict more damage and have a larger ammo capacity. Also some unique puzzle, not too hard. In the 3rd sequel, there are now more varieties of weapons and alot more monsters. The story lasts only a max of 20 hours but once you finish it you can play story mode in Challenge-stronger monsters, 1 new suit of armor, and upgraded weapons to help keep you intersted in the game. You can now also particapate in obstacle courses, prize pending on difficulty! Ratchet And Clank have finally implented a Multiplayer mode that can let you play against 3 other players. It's not bad, alot of levels are in multiplayer and they have around 3 modes to play from. Graphics: 9/10-Graphics are more cartoony based then other games. However it has some gerat details such as monster designs, gun designs, and there are some impressive BackGrounds. Some levels you get to see areas where futuristic cars are flying through-out the city. The cut-scenes are fair, the same graphics as when you play. However you still would want more since these graphics were just like the first 2 games so you'd think the graphics have been improved. The characters have great expressions that show you their personality. Sounds:10/10-Ratchet and Clank has great music, usually containing every genre available. It matches great with the atmosphere your in. Also the breaking crates and collecting bolts sounds do not feel repeatative at all. The gun-shots are also great; you have a sense of power if you use the blitz gun which shoots spread shots. The cutscenes also have great voice acting, giving you the feeling that you are in the game rather then playing it. Value:9/10-I'd say its worth it since it's the best of the series, it just lacks hover-racing which was really great. If you just want to know the story I'd rent it, but this is a great game so if you are a Ratchet And Clank fan this is a must-buy. Overall: 8.5/10 It’s a great game and all but if feels like everything is same. But they did add new items such as a car to drive so it seems to have made an improvement. Also you get to now have 9 levels in almost every gun so you would be interested in the game a lot. Multiplayer shines in R&C so that’s also an excellent improvement. Overall, go get it if you like these kinds of game. If you didn’t like the last 2, then it may be that you wont like this sequel either.
