The game's simple interface, varied levels and highly addictive gameplay will have u glued to the couch.
The gameplay is smooth and simple. You have a 3rd person view and u can toggle beetween it and a 1st person view. You have over 2 dozen high-tech weapons as well as a ratchet for melee attacks wich are both used simply and well thoughout the game. Your weapons gain experience and thus become stronger and more powerfull and so does ur suit and defences. The game is portreyed in a mere child-like way with cute cuscenes and monsters but it excels at what it does giving u an absolutely wonderfull and exiting time playing it. The game has an auto aim feature wich letts u take on ur enemies with eash so u never have to worry about anything like aiming. All in all this game is incredibly fun and it gives u a sence of enjoyment and superiority that u cant get in most other places.
Graphics:
Using the PS2's graphical abilities, the game is very detailed and vivid even if not so realistic, since that is what the developers where going for. Your enemies and ur weapons are very clear and the shadows and effects are well put out. When things get hectic however, u may experience miner slow downs, but they dont last for more then half a second.
Sound:
The sound suits the gameplay well, every level has a different track that suits it's atmosphere. All in all the sound plays an important part in the game and does so very well.
All in all this game's simplistic outline is very enjoyable, and its replay value is unmistakable. You will find urself not wanting to stop playing the game... I played it for 5-8 hours at a time and had a total blast!
