Ratchet & Clank combines creative action designing with humorous presentation to make for an incredibly fun experie

Insomniac games created Ratchet & Clank to set the new standard for the level platform games should reach in the future. The final product not only does this but does so with incredible ease. In making the game the Insomniac engineers laid down a simple formula and then built upon that fundamental to create a very intricate yet balanced game. That fundamental is the simple yet entertaining storyline that takes our adventurous pair to different planets in their galaxy to stop Chairman Drek, the story's villain, and his hilarious muscle man, Captain Quark. Along the way Ratchet & Clank find thousands of currency (bolts) that can be used to buy weapon and gadget upgrades. The witty and sometimes humorous weapons are a real strong point of the game and add to the already spectacular fun level. If you have a ps2 or ps3 and have'n't tried out this game or another of the series, then you are missing out!
