I have not experienced a game like this. There are a lot of games that I've played. This game has immersed me into their story as well as environment. The cast is excellent, I never thought I would care so much for these characters even people that you meet for a brief moment. I really suggest that you do try out some of the side quest as well. These side quest are called "Stranger Missions" they don't mix in to the story but the outcome of these missions are very interesting and jaw dropping. A few that stand out for me would be (Flowers for a lady, California man and Eva in Peril). I had an attachment to these individuals, sometimes I had to look down at my controller and remember I was playing a game. If you wanted to be a cowboy when you grew up this is the game for you if you didn't well you want to be a cowboy after. The moment when I had to tame a wild horse while Bonnie and her Father cheer form me on the side made me feel like a cowboy or at least want to be one. Riding on horseback was so satisfying, I chose not to fast travel. This helped me a lot of the time learning how to get to my destination without using a map. I would go as far as saying this is my 2010's Fallout 3 in the wild west. Pick it up if you don't have this game it's a must buy no doubt.
