This game can only be described as an instant classic. The main character is a bad-ass with a conscience, the supporting cast is as funny with just enough weirdness thrown in and the game play is almost flawless. Red Dead Redemption makes you feel like you are in the wild west and has enough missions to keep you coming back for hours on end. BTW like poker? Playing poker alone can consume your time and make you some quick cash, especially if you cheat! The gunfights are incredible. The dead eye mode makes hitting multiple targets easy, the weapon selection is quite nice and the fact that you can pretty much shoot anything that moves is always a plus. Riding a horse hasn't been this much fun since ocarina of time. Breaking a wild horse is fun and buying that speedy thoroughbred can make a big difference in the game. All in all this is a phenomenal game that should not be missed, so go on out and snag a copy partner.
