Red Dead Redemption is much better than the first installment of the game, Red Dead Revolver. The graphics are much better, and the open world environment makes you feel as if you are in the old west yourself. The single player game is really long and will have you playing for hours trying to complete the quests and earn new weapons. I really like the way that you can ride around on your horse and find wild animals to kill. Once you kill them, you can take the fur and meat of the animals back to town to sell which makes this game even more realistic to the old west.
The online game play is really good and you can team up with friends who have the game and make your own posse to complete missions and tasks together. As you level up in online play you will be able to unlock new characters, titles, mounts,and weapons which will have you playing the game for many more hours after the single player campaign is completed. If you enjoy western style shooting games then you should try this one out. Overall it is a really good game, very smooth, and hours of fun.
