a great split screen multiplayer game with good single player.

red faction 2 is one of the many split screen games for the gamecube.onto the game.red faction 2 is what many people would call a massively multiplayer game what i mean by this is that the multiplayer is the main mode in the game even though the single player is pretty good with lots of action.The single player is pretty fun and starts you out attacking a enemy base which is quite a way to start out the game what i mean is you never stop killing bad guys in the first level which means lots and lots of action.the other single player mission are pretty close to the first one with some missions having you in vehicles like a tank,jets,subs and one mission when you are in 'thing' yes i mean 'thing'called battle armor which is the ultimate weapon with 2 gattiling guns, rocket launcher and grenade launcher. The weapons are cool and fun to use even though you use mainly only one gun in the single player which is like the m-16 only futuristic. the other weapons are nice there are your typical weapons only with a sci-fi twist there is a rocket launcher, shotgun, and other weapons including the rail gun which is probably what made the game famous in the first place. the multiplayer is the main mode of the game if you ask me with forty maps and the same multiplayer modes as most other fps pr 3rd person shooters for that matter. and the multiplayer mode has bots but the number of bot you are allowed depends on how many people are playing such as four people playing only two bots could be put in or three people playing and three bots in which kinda sucks because it would be better if there were more. the game looks better that most people give it credit for and sound much better to. so overall if you like sci-fi fps or just fps i recomend this game for you.
