This game requires the Wii motion plus add on to play and increases the ability to aim and also gives you the ability to do all kinds of sword motions that are accurate. This game is nothing like the original, in a good way. Almost everything that was done in the original has been thrown away and made into something far more enjoyable. This game also is done with some very nice looking cell shaded graphics. I honestly haven't seen anything comparable to this game on the Wii yet. I have a feeling that this is the best the Wii has to offer until Zelda comes. The first game was about a Japanese gang that you have to fight that are all using guns more or less. The first had terrible controls that made it almost unplayable. The only problem with the controls of this is when you have the motion plus on it adds just a little too much weight to your wii mote and you'll get tired from holding the wii mote because of this, I've heard many people complain about this, but most people don't peg it on the motion plus they blame it on the actions and that's just not true. These controls are very good, I honestly found myself able to fight far more accurately with these controls than I ever did with any dual analog setup. In this game you have a weird futristic wild west with asian cultural pieces to virtually everything. You fight ninjas and the like. This game like the first gives you guns and swords. To use the guns you have an easy to use trigger button that goes along with the wii mote and works great, the sword works by just making the designated motions or button motion combinations that you will be taught between most of the missions. You will gain a large number of abilities and have combinations to finish enemies easily. This game is so fun that really I only fault it at not having online multiplayer and frequent load times. The game itself is probably the best campaign in an FPS that I've encountered outside of the metroid series.
When Gamespot's "the bad" section lists voice acting and story/characters, I don't think that's much of a loss (seeing as this isn't and RPG, etc.). I know that's just my opinion, but it's my review... The takeaway: T... Read Full Review
