WOOT! THE BEST GAME EVER!

Resident Evil, or Biohazard, has been the first truly terrifying videogame that Capcom introduced to the world, that was spenting its time with a non-frightening Castlevania games. The first game was a hit and the first view of a zombie would change gaming's way of horror forever. When Resident Evil was a huge success, another shining light came from the darkness of non-scary games, a sequel. Take the role as civilian Claire Redfield, sister of Chris Redfield from the first game, or RPD officer, Leon Kennedy (who ends up as the main character in Resident Evil 4). Claire is searching for Chris who has disappeared, and Leon is on his way to the police department for his first day as an officer, but things go horrifying wrong as they are greeted by a horde of flesh-eating zombies who look to be once citizens of the now hell hole that was once Raccoon City. The cinematics are amazing and the voice acting is perfect. The game's controls may take some getting use to for most gamers, but those who have played the first game will easily know what to do. Each character has their own unique storyline, but it's up to you to determine their ending, either a happy ending or becoming dinner for the undead. The graphics may not be that good today, but back then, they were the best and I am not afraid to say that. The soundtrack is so scary that when it stops, you're afraid to turn the corner. The sounds are as frightening as the haunting music, from the screaming of your character as their throats are ripped out to the moaning of the hungry walking dead. Your weapons, ammo, and instincts are the only thing keeping you alive in this game. Run out of ammo and you end up using your knife, which is mostly made to keep zombies at bay, not kill them. If you thought zombies were bad, as you progress through the game, you will face mutated humans called Lickers and canines who are oh too happy to sink their fangs into a good chunk of flesh. Around every corner, behind every door, in every shadow, you never know what will happen. Resident Evil 2 is the greatest achievement ever!
