Don't be put off by the rating this is the same game as on the DC, ps1 and pc, Only difference is in pc you can skip door animations. The only difference between these is your control preferences in terms of the gamepad itself. Having played them all I prefer the GC one for this. It is outdated technologies these days but is still in my opinion the best in the series (having completed all of the resi's several times). The atmosphere when your own in the dark low on ammo is much more than that of previous games. Being able to walk threw the streets rather than spend the time in one building is great for the atmosphere and lets you see raccoon city rather than just a few of its main building like before. The nemesis adds an extra fear factor onto the game and the music works all this in brilliantly. Storyline requires close attention and some reading of documents to fully follow rather than resident evil 2's large number of cutscenes. People who say there isnt a storyline to resi 3 are the people who cant understand it as they havent looked closely enough. Overall this is my favorite game of all time it has a great atmosphere, masses of features from ammo creation to combat dodges over previous titles, challenging enemy's and the best incite into the raccoon city incident. A perfect 10 if it was not for the new generation of graphics.
