Ah yes, the beloved Resident Evil series. Fans will remember the times of RE1 and how shoddy the controls were. There was something about it that just didnt feel "right". The movement was often difficult, as was the aiming. However, it was those aspects of the game which made it difficult, and I think the biggest problem here with RE4 is that it's not only easier, but some of the puzzles even seem dumbed down.
Not to take away from what is otherwise a masterpiece of an action game, but that's what it seems like nowadays. The older RE's had more of a adventure/thinking feel to them, while this one implements a system to where the focus is kill, kill, kill.
