It's back, and if you don't buy it, it's gonna haunt you.
Or so you are greeted when you turn on your Gamecube, and start this epic bloodbath of a game.
First of all, I'd like to make a point. I am only 12 years old, belive it or not. I have been known to enjoy scary games and movies aswell.
Gameplay: 9/10
Resident Evil 4 has great gameplay. The camera problems of past games have been cleaned up, and the battle system is very effective. The only problem with the gameplay is that the aiming takes a little while to get used to
Graphics: 10/10
The graphics in Resident Evil 4 are astounding. From the smallest blade of grass, to the explosion of a head, to the sheer power of a rocket launcher, the graphics make you belive that you are Leon, in a creepy part of Spain.
Sound: 10/10
Along with the Graphics, the Sound utterly absorbs you into the game. From the horror movie sounds in a cutscene, to the false sense of security when you are near a merchant, Resident Evil 4 is taking you in to it's own world, and not letting you go.
Value: 9/10
With asignment Ada, Mercenaries mode and new weapons and costumes, Resident Evil 4 keeps on giving. The only slight problem is that the game itself is rather short, but with many replay options and special modes
you'll be playing it several times through.
Thank you for reading my review, I hope it's been usefull.
