This has to be the best orchestrated games ever made. A classic. Nowadays when we gamers say classics and really mean it. Not those people who rate their favorite kind of game perfect and call it a classic. A TRUE classic. Like something totally new. Remember Golden Eye for the N64? That was amazing, but ask yourself, is it even finding any new grounds? what is it doing diffrent? Nothing. Just a shooter. If you agree with me on this one, then please...buy this game. I can't urge you enough.

The start of a truly amazing story has Leon, the new main character driving with two French policemen. When they get to a dirt road, they let him out. Leon continues to search for the president's daughter, which is rumored to be in this town.

When you go to a house and see a man, you go to ask him a question. When he turns around with an axe and trys to hit you. From then on, this game is purely amazing.

After getting somewhat through a couple hours of gameplay, Leon sees a strange looking man that does not attack him like the rest. Turns out, that the man sells weapons. Tommy guns, pistols, shotguns, RPGs, grenade launchers, sniper rifles, each with at least two better guns, and you can upgrade every single gun to make it do more damage, hold more shots, better refire rate, ect. The custimazation is unique and perfectly set up.

Hordes of diffrent enemies gives you a chance to figure out different strategies with different weaopns. Adds a huge varitey to the already diverse game.

Later in the game, maybe about half way, you find the president's daughter. A weaker version of the previous Resident Evil's femine counter-part. Not able to be her except for a short peroid, can make for a lot of story-driven split ups, facing these in some sime and having to do things like protect her and shoot the creatures off of her.

The graphics ARE the best fot the cube and the noises add a great ammount of ambience. Not as creepy, but more of an action as the previous RE's. A smart addition to the game is the "case" in which you store everything in. It is a grid of white lines where you can move around your weapons on and arrange it to be more efficent. This can also be upgraded two or three times.

I don't really care what kind of games you like. You must get this game or you are missing out on a lot of great game influences. A PERFECT CLASSIC. It does old and new things right and has hundreds of sweet things that make you really appreciate Capcom, even after some of their previous lacking games.

Fourth times the charm?
