If you're groaning because you see the name "Resident Evil" and "4" next to it, at least have your information in check before forming an opinion. Gone are the days of pre-rendered backgrounds, D-Pad walking and saving ink ribbons. No longer are the akward camera angles and terrible voice acting. Enter the new era of Resident Evil... OTS (Over the Shoulder) View is the way you'll play the game. Get use to it and love it. The graphics are insanely nice (even better than REmake!). This is one game you gotta see to believe. Always wanted more action with a side of puzzles? Well then RE4 is your dish and you'll be asking for seconds. Think of this as an action 3rd Person shooter with puzzle solving elements and excellent story telling. This review won't go into detail, because it's going to remain spoiler free. So, as always.. here's the pro's and cons: Pros: • Best Graphics this Gen • Storyline • Action and Puzzles • Artificial Intelligence • Weapons (they’re awesome) • Controls Cons: • Umm… • Ummmm… • Ummmmm… • Yeah, there is none. So go buy this game now… if you don’t have a cube, pick one up. You should have the cube as a secondary system anyways! If it was 2004, it would be GOTY 2004.
