Resident Evil 4 does about everything right which makes it a gaming wonder that no one should miss...

Resident Evil 4 adds a new aspect onto the Resident Evil series. Though it is not as scary as the others, it has improved on all gaming levels taking the Resident Evil series to new heights. The story line starts out that the Presidents daughter has been kid napped and you have to try and find here. As you get dropped off to search a near by town chaos erupts. The two men that drove you there and are waiting for you are killed as zombie like towns people try killing you also. This leads into the great and compelling story line that adds so much to the game. The game play, fueled by the great story, is very fun and makes you want to keep playing it until you beat it. It will also keep you on your toes, even though that is not has scary as some of the previous Resident Evils, there are some parts that are creepy and might send a quick second of shock into you. Adding to the game play is unlock able guns and gun upgrades. Also while you are walking around these levels (chapters) in the game you will find things such as precious stones, necklaces, and other things of value that you can sell to a guy that you buy your weapons and upgrades from. The graphics are the best part of this game. I all ways ask my friends why all Game Cube games can not look like this. The detail is amazing. Leon's (main character) hair is amazing and all his character animations are perfected. Not to mention the huge levels and ,soo many, different types of enemies that will keep you wonder how this game's graphics where possible. Another great aspect to the graphics is that when you shoot someone, if they really are a someone, they will react where you hit them not just that they have been hit. A couple of times I shot a "thing" in its knee and if fell like its knee cap was blown out. All of this adds to the gaming experience. The sound, sadly, does take some away from the game. When you are shooting at someone/something you will hear the same two moans over and over and over again. Another time something like this happens is when Leon dies. You will hear the ham sound clip every single time you die. But there are good parts to the sound that does not make it a complete failure. The sounds of the guns. Each gun sound differently and usually how a gun sounds is how it effects the person/thing it hit. If it sound like it can send two people/things flying backwards it probably can (like the broken butterfly [revolver]). The over all value is moderately high due to the great and long lasting game play. The actually fun you will have with this game is very high do to the great story, game play and graphics you will probably have a blast with this game. Any one who is allowed to play this game should.
Cover Artwork ~B-~ Leon, hard to beat dude with a chain saw that you fear when you hear the sound of the chain saw start up, and a whole bunch of angry towns people is great. But pink does not do it for me.
