i was amazed at how much the resident evil series has changed for the better. i expected the same old resident evil, but the game mesmerized me. the graphics although underpar of the gamecube version was stunning as well was the new controls, which was easy to use. this is once in two year gem of a game. the game's ability to immerse you with its atomshere and fun is unlike anything. the gameplay is phenomeinal, the best part is the aiming system, where you can choose where to shoot your enemy. you can shoot the arm, leg, or the head to save some ammo. also the extra features that are exclusive to ps2 is worth diving into, giving the game more replayability
