To be honest i am new to the resident evil series. This was the first one of them that i bought. I bought it on impulse because a friend said it was a good game. IT IS......amazing. there is so much variety and exitement. I have played it through 3 times and found something new every time. All the weapons and the different way to get through the game....... you will never grow tired of this game. i still play it every day unlocking new things and such I hope that you buy this game, it is great. the graphics are superb, best ive seen in a ps2 game. Overall: 9.6
