Basically, this is one of the greatest games I have ever played. This game has everything, crazed villagers, strange parasites, a crazy cult group, and some really cool weapons. Lets start there. This is one of the few survival horror/action/shooting/adventure games that allows you to upgrade your weapons by way of a strange merchant who appears throughout the game. You can buy 3 different shotguns, 4 pistols, 2 magnums, 2 submachine guns, 2 rocket launchers, and some other great weapons. Sadly, ammo is still hard to come by. Although using your knife, and being able to roundhouse kick and suplex stunned enemies definitely helps save ammo. You can also upgrade each of your guns characteristics. As far as controls go, you still have to deal with tank controls, but the overall way they have been improved from the other games definitely makes that one of the less frustrating aspects of the game once you get used to them in a half an hour or so. The game also makes use of some really cool interactive cutscenes to dodge enemies, and other things. Another great thing in the game is the great story. I won't give it away, but it involves a parasite called Las Plagas, and a cult group called Los Illuminados. You also get to play as Leon Kennedy from RE2. The game also has some great jump scares planted throughout, and some things will just creep you out. All in all, great game.
