This is probablt one of the best games that i have ever played.
As soon as you step into the village, you can tell something is up. Something isnt quite right.
So, you are Leon. Your on a mission to save the presidents daughter from the people who have held her captive. For most of the game, you will spend trying to find the presidents daughter. Which isnt much of a problem. But having to have her follow you around (when you find her that is). its a hassle to have her wait there then she starts following. But this doesnt degrade the game one bit, because its so perfectly made.
The graphics are phenomenal. Some of the best Ive seen in a while. I cannot think of one time i was saying "dude he's right through the wall!", which is common in most games.
Gameplay is so great. It has the best targeting system in a shooter game period. And the camera angles are nothing to complain about either. There always perfect. The assortment of people that you will fight in this game also makes it what it is. there are people, that when you shoot there heads off tentacles come out and attack you, or when they die a critter will crawl out of where there head was. Bosses are also a great challenge, but some are a tad too easy. Some of the main story is harder than the bosses.
Sound is great, especially if you have surround sound. But some of the voice overs are a bit corney, but not as bad as they could be.
For me, The value just wasnt what i expected. Yes it took me 36 hours to complete. But i played ALOT, and im sure you will too.
So over all i would say that Resident Evil 4 came at its best, and should be played by everyone!
