RE never looked so damn good
Graphics
Everything in the environments are incredibly detailed, and the scary atmospheres never looked so real. The character models display very lifelike moments and sharp visuals. Basically the whole game looks like your playing a CG but its the actual game!
Gameplay
The gameplay features action packed almost non stop shooting zombies action. Expect to find boss fights more frequently than any other RE game, and they all turn out to be very intense. RE4 does a great job at supplying the gamer with plenty of ammo, so you won't have to worry about running out towards end game. The more action pack orientated gameplay is a nice new addition to the series, but for those of you veteran RE gamers will notice the game doesnt do a great job at providing those suspenseful moments. Yes Enemies do jump out to scare you, but it seems so predictable. I have to go on and say this is LEAST SCARIEST RE title ive played by far but it is the MOST ACTION PACK RE to date.
Sound
The sound is great, very ambient. We all know the eerie music of RE series helps create the scary atmosphere and its presence on this game too.
Tilt
The Games story is pretty engaging but too predictable (Plays like a Hollywood movie). After ending the game, you open many new options and modes to play with. I never really played any of them except mercs and separate ways. Both are appealing but i dont know how lengthy they are. Either way this brings up the replay value substantially, and the action in the game will boost it up just higher.
Closing
I recommend this to anyone who is looking to be scared and have some incredible fun killing zombies. The storyline is worth while if your trying to keep up with the RE saga, but I must say it was pretty disappointing. So definitely go out and spend the bucks to add this great game to your collection. Also if your want a more scary game with the more classic RE experience and way better storyline, pick up RE Code Verconia
