If There is one game you must have it Is resident evil 4!
Resident evil 4 is full of moments that are exciting and well executed as each action sequence never seems to get old. For it being the first time that capcom has done this new type of camera perspective they seem like they're pros at it when you play resident evil 4. As you all may know, capcom has decided to ditch the whole prerenderred backrounds and fixed camera angles and decided to go to a third person perspective adding a lot to gameplay making it faster funner action. As this may be kinda disappointing to some long time RE fans to new comers and some old fans alike this will just blow you away. this is the biggest change i've seen a game series do but the results are just amazing. and even though its not prerendered the graphics are some of the best i've ever seen.
The gameplay in RE4 is the most funnest fastest action i've played all year long. since of the new third person perspective they now have a new over the shoulder shooting mechanism which gives you control on where or what you are shooting. and even though you cant move when leon is aiming his gun this still does feel like a shooter if anything. beside the shooting, leon also has a lot of other moves to take on your humanoid foes thanks to the context sensitive "A" button. For instance, if you seemed to be over whelmed with the enemy you just shoot one in the head or something and go up to him to press "A" and leon will perform a powerful backround kick usually knocking down that enemy along with anyone next to you. But along this lengthy adventure you'll most likely find enough ammo to make your self feel like you can take on everything that comes at you during the course of the game. Also, you run into a merchant early on in the game who always has weapons and other little goodies for you like shotguns and stuff, but be weary that all his item come at a cost and you'll find money as you go. one of the best parts of RE4 are the boss battles which are some of the most unique boss battles i've ever played. in most battles it takes a lot of quick thinking and reflexs as that context sensitive action comes in again and trust me even during a cut scene please dont put down the controller you'll see what I mean.
speaking of cut scenes I don't know if youve seen any stills but ..... they look awsome. These are beautifully made cut scenes with a ot of detail in them. the graphics for this game has alot of attention to detail like little things that you just have to see for your self. and the entire game you'll be watching these scenes as the story unfolds and trust me this game isnt no sit down and finish in three hours its atleat a 25 hour game if you include all the little bonus and extras.
all in all this a fantastic game with really know flaws and should be recognized by gamers and non-gamers. RE4 is a game that not just a gamer should play but any one that even remotely in to games should play because if you don't you are definetly missing out on something good whether its from its superb gameplay or awesome graphics its not just a must play but a must have. so if you were thinking of trying it think no further because will not be disappointed .
