Awesome, fun headshot action if you're a fan of the series. If not, you'll instantly get put off by the controls.

This is a must play if you have played and enjoyed the rest of the series. While it has less story and puzzles as its predecessors, it makes up for that with awesome graphics, weapons, and just sheer satisfaction whenever you blow an enemies head off. If you played Resident Evil Zero, you will be familar with the AI parner mechanism. Although Sheva can be annoying at times, she makes a very good pack mule and can often hold her own! You can also control her attack style, or just play as her and boss Chris around.
For FPS lovers, you will more than likely get frustrated with the controls. I'm afraid there's no running through hoards of possessed villagers firing your shotgun in every direction as you move. You can't shoot and move at the same time and movements are usually very slow. For some this might be a problem but most would feel it just adds to the panic-filled atmosphere - it is a survival horror after all.
Overall, it's a very fun game with interesting puzzles, funny AI, awesome graphics and lots more. There's lots of unlockables and upgrades so plenty to do once the game has been completed. Must say, Sheva in her 'clubbin'' outfit is definitley worth destroying all the BSAA emblems. Hilarious..
