An excellent co-op achievement for the Resident Evil Franchise! Must Play!
1: Great graphics although a bit drab as it takes place in Africa and has little color to look at, in this area I gave it a minus .50 because it lacked eerie as with the other RE titles. It also lacked interesting interiors such as mansions, police stations, etc, and instead opted for more militant bunker and industrial type interiors.
2: Great co-op play, even when using an A.I., the partner is capable of learning to some degree as far as the way you play the game and what you're preferences are. Josh does tend to get in your way an awful lot for some reason but Chris, Sheva, and Jill are usually great A.I. partners.
You are able to share inventory items such as health, weapons, and ammo with your partner. In addition you can thank and command your partner during play.
In addition to A.I partners you are able to alternatively either look for a real player to be your partner online, or play split screen with another player in your house.
3:Enemies reasonable: even when some enemies are difficult there is always a way to beat them, and with taking time to learn your mistakes all of the enemies in this title are beatable without becoming overtly frustrating. It is also fun to learn alternate ways to beat foes.
4: Puzzle: I also took off another .50 points for the lack of RE style traditional puzzles, there was only really one area of puzzle in the entire game and because much of the charm of the RE series is it's mix of horror and puzzles I was disappointed to find this title lacked those traditional puzzles.
5: Extra content: there is a lot of extra content for this game including , mercenaries, mercenaries reunion, Desperate Escape, Lost in Nightmares, Verses Modes, Slayers and Survivors, and extra costumes, as well as unlockables.
6: Difficulty: this games has several difficulty levels, and each is appropriately difficult so beginners won't feel over whelmed by the game. One note I will make on this game: do not be intimidated by the demo featuring "Public Assembly" this rush and stream of zombies is unique to this level only, and does not reflect the actual difficulty of the entire game.
