One of the best games of all time...
Graphics 10/10:
Whether you were blowing the heads off of crazy, mutated people, or just watching a cinematic, you could tell that the graphics had been worked on very hard. Every part of the game has perfect detail, which easily gives it a 10/10
Audio 10/10:
The sounds effects were one of the most effective parts of the game. When in a boss fight, you could hear the adrenaline-pumping soundtrack. I remember when in a dark cave, I could hear the slight, eery music, as well as some other sounds that gave the cave a much more spooky feel.
Gameplay 9/10:
Chris Redfield is simply one of the funnest characters to play as, using awesome melee attacks and one-of-a-kind weapons. Most of the game has perfect gameplay to it, including some puzzles and a lot of marksmanship skill. My only complaint was that the way to kill the zombies was slightly repetitive. The multiplayer was also great. Every day, I'll play a little game of Mercenaries just to get rid of that daily edge.
Plot 10/10:
The plot of this Resident Evil is what made it great. Chris and Sheva are sent to Africa to complete a deal, and get out of there, but things take a turn for the worst. Chris later has to find his long-lost partner, and then fight his nemesis, Wesker. The way the plot was put together made this game perfect.
