Yay for shotguns!

I have been playing this game quite a bit and all i can say is that it is amazing, but has a few tiny problems. The story is great, and takes you through some very exotic locations (Industrial parks, Lost Temples, and even a Volcano). The levels and puzzles are very well designed, and the lighting effects make the game creepy and atmospheric. The enemies, called Majini, are varied and carry many weapons. However, my on qualm is the difficulty needed to kill them does not change throughout the game, the zombies in 1-1 are as difficult as the ones in 6-3. However, the mini-bosses (like the chainsaw-wielding maniac with a plastic bag over his head) can be very difficult. The best way to kill them is with shotguns. The shotgun will become your best friend, and is by far the most powerful weapon in the game. I wish the weapons were a little more balanced, but for the most part they work well together. My only other qualm is that the versus multiplayer was available right at the start, and didn't cost money. This is a great game and if you were thinking about getting it, let me be the first to tell you that you should.
