The graphics look much better than the previous three main episodes.Also, the biggest difference is the background graphics. They are not prerendered and actually represented by polygons. And they don't look any worse than the prerendered ones from previous installments. The game contains some of the best CG movies in the RE series so far. The intro sequence is very action-packed and the quality even surpassed the CG in RE3. However, not all CG movies seen in the games are with that quality. It surpassed its predessecors in some espects such as graphics but it just can't give you the thrills and experiences that other RE episodes have to offer, not just because of the "been there done that" effects.
