It's like a original Veronica with 10 more minutes of FMV and few other changes. Wesker finally plays a bigger role, and that's really cool. The story is great, and the game is longer than the older series, which is a very good thing. Also Code: Veronica X has one of the best endings if not best in the series. It's long, and it's packed with action. It's my favourite FMV in the whole game, and I never get tired to watch it. "Sure I'm not human anymore! But just look at the power I gain." God, I don't ever get tired of that one. The music is also awesome. Fits neatly. After you beat the game, you get this mini game, called Battle Mode which is like a Extreme Battle mode, only shorter and it isn't that fun, but you can unlock Wesker there, armed only with a KNIFE. That sucks. Also you can unlock a Rocket Launcher if you beat the game under 4:30:00 hours, not using Aid Sprays nor saving the game, which is HARD. Code: Veronica X's replay value isn't bad, but not good either.
Still a great game.
